3. Products & Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
EWALL reserves the right to:
Cancel any order.
Limit quantities purchased.
Refuse service to anyone.
Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded according to our refund policy.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) on business days are normally processed the same day and handed over to our courier partner, subject to stock availability.
Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is generally:
Major cities: 1–2 business days
Remote areas: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, public holidays, strikes, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond EWALL's control.
6. Shipping Charges & Weight Policy
The standard shipping charges displayed during checkout apply to orders weighing up to 0.5 kilogram (0.5 KG).
If the total shipment weight exceeds 0.5 KG, additional courier charges will apply according to the courier company's applicable rates.
Customers will be informed of any additional shipping charges before dispatch whenever possible.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
EWALL offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations.
To prevent losses caused by fake or non-serious orders:
Customers placing COD orders must pay the applicable courier/shipping charges in advance before the parcel is dispatched.
Only the remaining order amount will be payable upon delivery.
If a customer refuses to accept a dispatched parcel or remains unavailable for delivery, the advance shipping charges are non-refundable.
EWALL reserves the right to restrict or refuse future COD services to customers with repeated order refusals or failed deliveries.
8. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
Customers are requested to inspect their order immediately upon receiving it.
Replacement requests are accepted only if:
The product was damaged during delivery.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Customers must report such issues within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
Replacement requests may require:
Photographs or videos of the product.
Original packaging.
Invoice or proof of purchase.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, accidents, electrical faults, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed after inspection and approval by EWALL.
9. Warranty
Products covered under manufacturer warranty shall be serviced according to the respective manufacturer's warranty terms.
EWALL acts only as the seller and shall facilitate warranty claims where applicable but is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.
10. Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
EWALL reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
Stock unavailability
Pricing errors
Verification failure
Suspected fraud
Incomplete customer information
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing:
Correct name
Complete delivery address
Valid mobile number
Accurate email address
EWALL shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
12. Inspection at Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery.
If the parcel appears tampered with or severely damaged, customers should immediately notify the courier representative and contact EWALL Customer Support.
13. Limitation of Liability
EWALL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
Delay in delivery
Product misuse
Courier delays
Manufacturer defects
Force majeure events
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
14. Force Majeure
EWALL shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Floods
Earthquakes
Fire
War
Government restrictions
Internet outages
Power failures
Courier disruptions
15. Intellectual Property
All content available on www.ewall.com.pk including logos, trademarks, images, graphics, text, product descriptions, website design, and software remains the exclusive property of EWALL unless otherwise stated.

16. Fraud Prevention
